Sessions with Mindfulness Hypnosis
What you need to know about booking hypnosis sessions with me.

When you visit my office, we’ll start by watching a brief video to introduce you to the hypnosis process. I’ll also have a pre-talk with you to ensure you fully understand how hypnosis works and what to expect. Additionally, you’ll complete some necessary paperwork to get everything set up for your sessions.
Online sessions are the same process.

Although 5-Path is a five phase hypnosis technique it is not a five-session approach. The 5-Path Hypnosis program is designed to adapt to your individual needs. While it follows a five-phase structure, the number of sessions can vary depending on your unique challenges and how you progress through the process. On average, most people complete the program in 6 to 8 sessions, though some, particularly those dealing with pain management and excessive/obsessive habits, may need a few extra sessions for best results.
We’ll schedule your sessions based on what works best for you, usually with 1 to 3 appointments per week. Many clients notice relief and improvement after the very first session, but it’s important to complete the full program. Each session builds on the last, creating a step-by-step process to help you achieve lasting and meaningful change

The first session can run around 2 - 2½ hours, and all other sessions can run around 1 -1½ hours
